If we had a choice, we'd give our kids good, yet healthy dinners. Take-out food tends to be both salty and greasy. What ends up happening is that you just don't have enough time and you eventually just go grab some take-out food which can be quite expensive and unhealthy. I know cooking healthy meals for you and your family can be quite difficult when both parents are working full-time jobs on top of having to drive kids around to after school activities.
